Two Ways

There are two ways. One of sickness, death, disease. One of joy, health, happiness. One is spiritual death, the other spiritual life. One a curse, the other, the natural way of harmony and order. Blessings and abundance are the result of following one way, fear, destruction, pain, is the result of following, believing the other way. Built, read, revealed in the DNA, made with every choice. The true bride and the harlot bride. Double minded sickness, or single minded health. You are either deceived or in the know. Some are lukewarm and middling in the middle, vulnerable and weak. Good led astray. Divided in yourself, mixed or united. Willing to tear down the altar smothered with blood or smearing blood on the stain of your heart. There is but one door, which side you are on determines what you will see. Your thoughts record in your DNA. Your emotions give your clues, bread crumbs, to show you where you are. On one side of this door the room is immeasurable , huge, a space of great spaciousness. On the other side a smallness, a darkness getting darker by the second. The door closing to a thin crack. Only warriors of peace slip through the crack into the darkness but are unharmed, they have a job to do. They have made up their mind. They know their way. They have keys to get through the door, even after it closes.

I Want To Believe

-We can wake up -We can stop killing -we can respect and live in peace with all life -we can move upward -we can stop believing lies -we can empower ourselves to be our best -we can end the suffering and misery on planet Earth -we can breakout of the fear matrix and predatory indoctrination -we can stop being divisive -we can walk through the door to everything leaving nothing -we can have incredible, abundant, loving, joyous lives -we can water our flowers not our weeds 99% of the time -we can say yes to love and no to fear, hatred, name calling, attack -we can say one day "you are another myself" and really mean it, feel it -we can pull the curtain back and expose the wizard -we can melt the witch -we can fly over the rainbow, where troubles melt like lemon drops, and we say, 'there's no place like home', 'there's no place like home', 'there's no place like home', 'so say we all', 'so say we all', 'so say we all'

How to Shut Up a Vegan | Meaty Vegan

How to Shut Up a Vegan | Meaty Vegan:

'via Blog this'

This post is dedicated to all the omnivores who think vegans are judgemental and to the vegetarians who, for reasons I still cannot comprehend, continue to consume dairy and eggs. As you all know, vegans are notorious for letting you know they’re vegan. Hand us an appetizer and, even if it’s vegan, we’re going to tell you we’re vegan. We wear shirts that let you know we’re vegan. Wind us up about the meat, dairy, and egg industries and watch us go! It’s really pretty annoying. But, I have a solution.
As a service to all the vegetarians who cannot commit and the omnivores who don’t see why eating meat (or cheese … or eggs benedict) is cruel, I submit: “How to Shut Up a Vegan.” Patent pending.
I know this will work on me, so I assume it will work on other vegans, as well. To get us to stoptalking about being vegan and to stop us from reminding you that what you eat is directly tied to animal rape, torture and murder … I ask the following:
Come with me on a farm visit. Two actually.
Let’s start our day at the Farm Sanctuary in Watkins Glen. Come meet the animals you so willingly consume or consume their excretions and hatchings. Watch them as they frolic and socialize. Get to know their names. Get a tour, wipe the poop off your boots, and stop in to the gift shop. I will buy you a souvenir t-shirt that you can wear to our next stop. A working farm. I’ll drive.
Now … choose your animal! Chicken, pig, or cow?
Let’s start with chickens. Watch as the chickens are cooped up in cages just barely big enough for them to breath. See how their beaks were cut off? Or how they’ve been so fattened that they can’t stand up? Now, walk with me as we see the male chicks being ground up alive. Alive. Peeping as their little skulls are crushed. Fun, huh?
Our next stop is the pig pen. Did you know most bacon comes from a pig that is not even a year old? Ever watch the movie “Babe”? Now, watch as they dunk the pig alive, hung by its hind leg, into a vat of boiling water as it squirms, squeals, and eventually dies. Or, witness the innocent pigs trying to avoid a bolt being driven into their brain. Notice how they all move into the corner? Terrified? This is as humane as it gets, people.
Now, onto the dairy farm. Dairy industry = meat industry. There is no difference. Want to help rape the cow? Or, would you rather be the assistant who attaches a chain to the newborn calf as the mother cries out in agony over her baby being dragged away? Not to worry! You can help get her pregnant again so she will continue to make milk for you (so you can enjoy that gooey grilled cheese sandwich). It’s even more fun when the newborn calf is male. He can be locked into a small plastic box and later killed for veal.
Don’t eat veal? Well, good for you … look how compassionate you are.
So, do you want to shut me up? I will stop preaching. I won’t even talk about the health advantages of being vegan. Nor will I write about cruelty to animals or animal rights. I will stop. I will turn off this blogForever.
If, after you witness this horrific treatment of helpless animals, you still decide to support the meat, dairy, and egg industries. If you can continue going about your life, unaffected and unchanged … then, I will stop. You will have shut up a vegan (warning: there are plenty more behind me).

The Old World is Dying

The old world is dying, the old world is death. Let it die. It believes in death. It supports death every day, every minute, killing for consumption, pleasure, sport, by the billions. You may be here to be part of a great change that is now upon us. You may have sensed within you that the order of things is wrong, backward, and inappropriate to reaching higher states of consciousness. Even though your feet are still in this third dimensional death dance you dream of ecstasy, normalcy and place of peace. Some will not let the old ways go, so just let them go, be who they wish to be for now, you are moving in a different direction. Make choices now for life. Make your little bit of heaven here until all is heaven. All confusion will be resolved. Let go. Relax into arms of harmony and balance, the way it is without fear and exploitation, lies and greed. This is not your world anymore, it is dying and will take the dead with it. Take a leap of faith. Jump past oblivion, away from the ledge of destruction, float up into your new life, which supports life, gives abundance, is peace. As the flames rise higher you will go faster, floating, but faster. Leaving hell behind. It's not even contrast anymore, light versus dark, this insanity has moved into a darkness hard to describe. It has sunk beneath you, as you have risen above it. Stay light. Stay now. Each now determines your future. The past is an old worn out thing born of blood and pain, stupidity and deception. Yours is a world of unspeakable beauty. Go to it now.

Learn About the Egg Industry

MILLIONS of baby male chicks are throw anyway alive and fully conscious every year because they are deemed worthless to the egg industry. They die slow and painful deaths either by freezing or starving to death. Some baby chicks who are lucky enough are suffocated in trash bags or ground up alive. Please think of someone other than yourself and give up eggs. Help stop this suffering, go vegan.

▶ LIVE Updated Presentation - The Most Important Topic of Our Time - GeoEngineering & chemtrails - YouTube:

'via Blog this' Published on Jun 20, 2013 http://GeoEngineeringWatch.org get the AP; go to: http://SkyderAlert.com "Droughts, Floods, and Disrupted Weather" In this video, Dane Wigington gives a presentation in Northern California on the harmful effects of Geoengineering, declaring that there is no more critical topic today. The very essentials needed to sustain life on earth are being recklessly destroyed by these programs. This is not a topic that will begin to affect us in several years, but is now already causing massive animal and plant die off around the world, as well as human illness. The debate over whether geoengineering programs are going on is now a moot point. We have more than enough data to confirm it. We have actual footage showing tankers spraying. The materials showing up on the ground are exactly the same materials mentioned in the numerous geoengineering patents and documents. Visit our website for a list of these government patents and documents. Our skies today are simply not normal. Upon examination this cannot be denied. They are filled with nanoparticulates of heavy metals. But the skies have been filled with grid patterns for so long now that we are used to them and do not see them anymore. Sadly, the fact is that people do not look up. To be clear, what we are seeing is not cloud seeding to increase rainfall. These particulates are designed to block the sun and move the jet stream. Dane explains how this is causing the drought and deluge being experienced around the globe. Our atmosphere is nothing but a massive physics lab to geoengineering scientists who have no concern whatsoever about the consequences to humanity or any living thing, including themselves. The experiments are literally tearing the planet apart and destroying life on earth. Dane reports, among other things, on: • Geoengineering related climate disruptions, extreme drought and deluge • Ozone depletion • Methane release • Drastic reduction in arctic sea ice • Global oxygen content reductions • Oceans on the brink of collapse • Massive fish die offs • 200 species becoming extinct every single day • A drastic rise in Autism, Alzheimer's, and Dementia • Crisis level forest reductions • The sterilization of soils making it impossible for plants to grow without Monsanto's aluminum resistant seeds Dane Wigington presents hard data which reveals what these catastrophic programs have done to our planet to date and what they will do if they are allowed to continue. Please take the time to watch this video, follow up with some investigation of your own on our site -- http://www.geoengineeringwatch.org, and share this information far and wide.

VeganMeans - Dogs, Cats…and Vegans:

Vegan Pet Food?

Arguments about the food issues can rage for weeks, and usually do; and by the end of them you might well see people threatening each other for giving inappropriate dietary advice regarding their cats. What’s the latest information, so you can make an educated decision?
It’s well known that most dogs do fare very well on a vegan diet. Thus, people who have dogs do well to feed them a well-balanced vegan diet. Popular vegetarian foods are available in North America from the Natural Balance vegetarian line, PetGuard, and Pet Promise, to name a few. Just be sure you have a veterinarian who knows your dog’s history, because we cannot provide your dog with medical advice from a website; nor can anyone else.
The situation with cats is more complex. Cats were domesticated relatively recently and they are not vegans.
Special vegan formulae have been created and called cat food, but as of this writing (2010) we cannot assure our readers that they constitute a proven standard. There is a report (by Christina M. Gray, DVM, et al.) in a veterinary journal we’ve seen cited. While it has promise in suggesting not all cats need flesh products to survive, its results were not uniform and it relied on reporting based on a limited population of cats owned by a people who went to a particular animal-advocacy conference. The researchers stated after its publication: “ We recognized study limitations in terms of the number of samples analyzed and acknowledged that variations among batches or in nutrient content of key ingredients could explain our results. ”
From what we can ascertain, there is no firm consensus on the issue of vegan cat food, even in the animal-advocacy movement. Some cats seem to manage; others do not. Some cats fed exclusively vegan food have become seriously ill (or worse), leading to the concern that expecting cats to become vegan arguably amounts to in-home animal testing -- not a vegan idea after all.
The Vegan Society’s refurbished website says (without attribution to a particular nutritional study or veterinarian): “ Cats and dogs can be happy and healthy on an animal-free diet. Dogs tend to take easily to a well balanced vegan diet but introducing a vegan diet to cats may take more time.” The Vegan Society’s site does give cats a loophole, stating: “ Lastly do not be down-hearted if your cat is not 100% vegan even after all your efforts.”
In reality, as people representing The Vegan Society do in fact say on public social media outlets, it’s implausible that a cat can ever be 100% vegan; cats are cats, not mini-humans; and they are highly creative and motivated hunters wherever they might live.
It’s critical to remember that our primary work involves getting the humans we encounter to understand, appreciate, and embrace a vegan outlook. As people do so, they will begin to understand the problem with making animals into commodities in the first place.
We understand, in the meantime, the difficulty for vegans in keeping cats. Here it might be instructive to recall how we talk to people about human health. When asked if our diet is safe for adults or children, we vegans often confidently cite the Position of the American Dietetic Association and Dietitians of   Canada on   Vegetarian diets . Their position paper states: “It is the position of the American Dietetic Association and Dietitians of Canada that appropriately planned vegetarian diets are healthful, nutritionally adequate, and provide health benefits in the prevention and treatment of certain diseases.” It specifies that well-planned vegan diets “are appropriate for all stages of the life cycle, including during pregnancy, lactation, infancy, childhood, and adolescence.”
Now, what do we cite when it comes to the animals in our homes? Shouldn’t we be careful with them, too -- even though they can’t ask us to present proof for them?
The most up-to-date, comprehensive study of the daily nutrient requirements for dogs and cats currently available is the 450-page “ New Dietary Guidelines Issued for Cats and Dogs” from the National Research Council’s Committee on Animal Nutrition . It states the following:
  • Although dogs may prefer animal-based food, they are generalists who can survive on a vegetarian diet as long as it contains sufficient protein and other nutrients.
  • Cats, however, are carnivores. Note that their bodies are not used to the stress of fasting (food being withheld). The report notes that “ cats eat between 12 and 20 meals a day.”

KOSHER LAW SUCKS......in this article a Rabbi says "if the stem cells are real meat, they have to come from a cow slaughtered according to kosher law, which says the animal's throat must be slit while it is still conscious." This is violence and no respect for the cow, not religious, no ethical, not in line with true spiritual law, so I say again, kosher law sucks and most of these religions are hypocritical.

B.C. pet owners turn to medical marijuana to ease pain of ailing animals

VANCOUVER — Before his owners started dosing him with a daily drop of marijuana, Garfield the cat’s nine lives were rapidly running out. The 18-year-old feline — whose name has been changed to protect patient confidentiality — suffered from a host of painful conditions. These included thyroid and heart disease, severe arthritis, renal failure and chronic pancreatitis, a condition that caused him to lose his appetite and experience pain in his abdomen, said veterinarian Kathy Kramer of the Vancouver Animal Wellness Hospital. But when his owners started giving Garfield a daily drop of medical marijuana in the form of a tincture, the cat seemed to take a near-miraculous turn for the better. Now the ailing feline, who had previously lost the desire to eat, demands his food and seems to experience less pain, Kramer said. “He’s still got a lot of health issues, but for now he is stable and he eats like a champ,” she said. Garfield’s owners are part of a growing movement of animal lovers looking at pot to treat pain in their sick and aging pets. Some are medical-marijuana users themselves, and think that if the drug helped them, then maybe it could free Fido from his health problems, too. But while many think the drug is a safe and natural alternative to other painkillers, some veterinarians caution that more research is needed before they can start recommending it to pet owners. Kramer said she is asked by clients several times a week about trying medical marijuana as a treatment option for pets. When Garfield’s owners told her they were trying it on their aging pet, Kramer said she couldn’t recommend the drug, as there are no veterinary guidelines on prescribing it for animals. But realizing the owners were going to try it regardless, Kramer said she needed to ensure they were doing it safely. “This is something that the owners were going to do with or without me,” she said. “I just helped adjust the dose for them.” Through trial and error, Kramer said the owners eventually found the appropriate amount to give Garfield. “We’re running a fine balance of keeping him comfortable without keeping him sedated,” she said. But the treatment doesn’t come without risks, said Kramer — the biggest being the possibility of overdose. In Vancouver, where marijuana is more commonplace than in many other cities, Kramer said accidental marijuana toxicity in pets is a serious problem. Symptoms of overdose could include difficulty walking, dribbly urine and an irregular heartbeat. “Typically, they’re super stoned,” said Kramer. “If we get to them fast enough and make them vomit, the number of animals that actually die from it are quite low.” Seeing how well the drug has helped Garfield, however, Kramer said she hopes medical marijuana will eventually be a recognized treatment for pets, especially as pain medications for animals are limited compared to those available to humans. The pain drugs that do exist for animals often come with a host of side-effects, she said, adding that they can also be incredibly costly, with some clients paying upward of $200 a month for their pet’s pain pills. Pain management for animals has come far in the past decade, she said, “but it needs to continue to evolve.” As well, Kramer said, veterinary guidelines need to be established before she would feel comfortable recommending the drug. “If we can find something that works with fewer side effects ... I think, why not?” she said. “As far as us trying to actually prescribe it, I imagine there’s going to be some red tape.” Some other veterinarians contacted by The Province agreed with Kramer’s views but refused to speak publicly, mostly for fear of public and professional backlash, and the possibility of being investigated by the College of Veterinarians of B.C. Requests for comment from the college were not immediately returned. Although courts have ruled that Canadians have a constitutional right to use marijuana for medical reasons, Kramer said she is unsure how the legal framework would work for allowing veterinarians to prescribe the drug for pets. Where pet owners would get medical marijuana is another possible hurdle, but dispensaries — such as the one where Garfield’s owners got his pot — could be an option, she said. Some Vancouver dispensaries already report seeing clients ask about treating their pets with the drug. At the Medical Cannabis Dispensary in Vancouver’s West End, one of its members was a dog that had terminal cancer. Before the dog’s death, manager Dori Dempster said, its owners were relieved to see their pet get relief in its final days. “They were absolutely pleased with how their pet responded and we were able to bring a lot of comfort,” said Dempster. Seeing sick pets rebound after being given medical marijuana also pushed Massachusetts-based animal behaviour consultant Darlene Arden to join the fight advocating on behalf of animals “who have no voice of their own.” Arden said she wishes a treatment option like medical marijuana had been available to ease the pain and suffering of her Yorkshire terrier when he fell ill 15 years ago with chronic pancreatitis. “If an animal is sick and looks to its owner for help, why can’t we help them?” she asked. That’s the question often asked by Los Angeles veterinarian Dr. Doug Kramer, who took on the role of advocating for pot-for-pets in the United States after using it on his Siberian husky Nikita, who died of cancer. In her final days, Nikita was in significant pain and didn’t respond well to pain medication, the side-effects of which made her groggy. Kramer said he faced a tough choice between euthanasia or trying something radically different. “She was just lying down, staring off into space,” he said. “Honestly, you feel helpless and at that point, you’re willing to try anything to make your family member feel better.” After clients told him about using medical marijuana on their own pets, Kramer decided to research the drug. After Nikita was given a small dose, she stopped whimpering and was able to greet him at the door again when he came home. Her appetite also quickly returned, and she started to regain the weight she had lost, he said. “Within the first dose, she was up and looking through the trash bins for food,” he said. Although it wasn’t a cure, Kramer credits medical marijuana for giving him an extra six weeks with Nikita, as well as improving her quality of life. Now, the holistic veterinarian said he often gets emails from all over, including Canada, from pet owners looking for vets who would be open-minded about trying medical marijuana for their pets. In the U.S., marijuana is still classified as an illicit drug under federal law and is not approved for prescription as medicine, although 20 states as well as the District of Columbia approve and regulate its medical use. Kramer said he does not prescribe or recommend medical marijuana to his clients, but is just “trying to provide information and guidance because there is no framework in place for veterinarians.” Many owners are already using it to treat their pets, but without a vet’s supervision they run the risk of overdosing, he said. “They’re well-intentioned but they have no guidance whatsoever because it’s a taboo subject just to talk about it,” he said. Although Vancouver’s Kramer is offering advice to Garfield’s owners while they treat him, she said she is concerned about putting her veterinary licence in jeopardy. Seeing how well medical marijuana worked for him, however, pushed her to speak out about the need for more research. While Kramer has seen cats make remarkable recoveries, for the feline to be faring so well at such an advanced stage of illness left her “amazed.” “It’s got to be more than a coincidence,” she said. “I don’t think it’s hurting him, and that I can say 100 per cent.”

Animal Testing - Good Science? Or Pointless Cruelty? Part 1 - YouTube:

While virtually every topic regarding animal rights and welfare is contentious. I think there is perhaps nothing more contentious then the case of animal testing both for and against.

For many people who support animal testing the resounding statements in support of it, in which they make, is :)

I believe in the advancement of science humans are more important then animals

Well so do I and many other animal lovers, but advancement in science that serves not to immorally end the countless lives of innocent animals each and every year and pose risk to humans.

Many diseases have been cured or made preventable as a result of animal testing. Such as polio, diphtheria, cholera, smallpox, rabies, syphilis.

Polio for example - a highly infectious viral disease which only affects human beings and can put a person into a state of total paralysis in a matter of hours. Paralysis being the damage of nerve cells which leads to lack of strength in the muscles and effectively shuts them down; was cured or made preventable as a result of animal testing.

A vaccine to protect and prevent the disease in human beings was invented by American Physician Jonas Salk in the 1950s. The vaccine was later considered impure because people believed as the vaccine which stemmed from and was grown in a monkey kidney cells carried the AIDS virus, which was known to be contained in monkey tissue cells; a claim which was later debunked by members of the scientific community.

In the late 1950s an oral vaccine was invented which has now replaced the injected vaccine devised by Jonas Salk.

The above is an example of how testing animals has resulted in a vaccine which prevents such a debilitating disease in human beings. Or did it???

In 1954 Dr. John Enders, Dr.Thomas H. Weller, and Dr. Frederick C. Robbins won the Nobel Peace Prize for proving that is was possible to grow poliovirus in non nervous system human tissue. This medical science team fell short of releasing a polio-vaccine to the public, and around the same time, Jonas Salk began using monkey kidney cells to produce her anti polio vaccine; when an alternative to animal testing was available and an awarded given for the development and creation of this alternative which could of led to a polio vaccine.

Polio is a disease which spreads as a result of crowded living conditions and poor hygiene, so the decline in cases of polio cannot solely be attributed to the vaccine, but also to improved hygiene.

Furthermore to the above facts :) written in the 1984 book The Monkey Wars the Author Deborah Blum mentions "in the late 1980s, scientists tracking the life histories of 59,000 pregnant women all vaccinated with Salk polio vaccine found that their offspring had a thirteen times higher rate of brain tumors than those who did not receive the vaccine."

Veterinary medicine and human medicine is not the same, an example of this, is the fact that arsenic is not poisonous to rats, mice or sheep, but is poisonous to human beings; and morphine which relieves pain in human beings and is a sedative, acts as a stimulant in horse goats and cats and has the opposite effect.

This is proof that because animals share a different genetic makeup and body structure to human beings, and we share one (what affects one human being affects ALL human beings) that veterinary medicine data can no longer be applied to human beings because the results vary from one species to another. Disregarding the horrific, disturbing and upsetting abuses of animals as a result of animal research, it serves as a dangerous exercise to apply data from one species to another which varies so much. A synopsis based exclusively on science and medical grounds and not moral ones.

Animals and humans are not the same! as much as scientists want you to believe that they are.

Animal research focuses on artificially inducing the symptoms of diseases found in human beings and attempting to treat those symptoms. So its a bulletproof fact that animals and humans do not get the same diseases.

Pro Life? - The Animal On Your Plate....

“In the U. S. we can buy a hamburger for 79 cents. If the American taxpayer was not involved in subsidizing the beef industry, the same hamburger meat would cost over $12. Meat in America today would cost $48 a pound if it were not for the American taxpayers subsidizing the grain, the irrigation water, the electricity, the grazing on public lands. How many people-even in America-would go and spend that amount of money on meat if it wasn’t subsidized? We can’t afford roads, or schools, or health care, and yet we are paying $11.21 for every $12 of something that is helping kill one out of every two Americans today.” — Howard Lyman
